Report a bug

Email support@guardway.ai with:
  • A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Gateway version (shown on the gateway detail page)
  • Relevant log lines or trace IDs if you have them
  • Dashboard browser + OS if the bug is in the dashboard

Report a security issue

Do not open a public GitHub issue for security reports. Email security@guardway.ai. We triage within one business day.
Please include a proof-of-concept and the affected version. We follow coordinated disclosure and will credit reporters with permission.
