Organization
Every Guardway account belongs to exactly one organization. Your org is created automatically when you sign up, and you become its first owner. All gateways, providers, teams, keys, and usage roll up to the org.
Users and roles
Invite teammates from Settings → Users. Each user has one of three roles:| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. Billing, users, delete org. |
| Admin | Configure gateways, providers, routes, guardrails, teams, keys. Cannot delete the org. |
| Member | Read-only on most surfaces. Can issue keys only within teams they belong to (configurable). |
Teams
Teams group users for shared budgets and quotas. A user can belong to multiple teams. Each team:- Has its own aggregated budget (monthly, in USD)
- Can own API keys that inherit the team budget
- Shows its own slice of usage on the dashboard
