FAQ​

Can I change plans?​

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of the billing cycle for downgrades.

What happens if I exceed my limits?​

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Requests beyond your limit will be throttled unless you upgrade or purchase additional capacity.

Is there a contract?​

Free and Pro plans have no contract. Business plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Enterprise plans are custom.

Can I cancel anytime?​

Yes, cancel anytime. No fees for cancellation. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?​

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
